Caroline Bauman
Heather Adams
I am from Kansas City, Mo. and am a sophomore journalism student at the University of Missouri. I am also majoring in religion and minoring in sociology. Throughout the "Beyond Four Walls" project I have helped take pictures, and help conduct interviews of the staff and customers. I also helped create the One Warm Coat infographic that explains where each coat goes once dropped off at the store. The staff and customers at the Alpine Shop have been extremely flexible and friendly throughout the project, which has been greatly appreciated.
Jon Green
I am a sophomore studying Journalism at the University of Missouri. I am originally from Naperville, Ill. and have lived in Columbia since August of 2011. For our project, I took photographs, complied audio and edited video. I enjoy snowboarding on my free time, and plan on using the Alpine Shop for all my snowboarding needs this winter when planning my trip to Winter park, Colorado!
Born and raised in Fayetteville, Ark., I am now a sophomore entering into the Print/Digital News Reporting sequence at the University of Missouri School of Journalism Over the course of our "Beyond Four Walls" project, I took photographs, complied audio clips and wrote the One Warm Coat text story. I also designed the website, and helped to create our One Warm Coat infographic. The Alpine Shop Columbia has been wonderful about working with us this semester, and I have loved documenting how they help others to get outside. On a good day, you can find me hiking or dreaming of Colorado.
